Ken Kaneki started as a college student who just wanted to read books. By the end he was something else entirely. Front has a compact dark crest, Kaneki in his ghoul mask surrounded by black feathers and his name beneath it. Back is the quieter, more unsettling version: white hair, one eye covered, kagune emerging behind him, blood red cutting through the monochrome.
The front shows the ghoul. The back shows the person still underneath it. Garment-dyed white base gives the black and red tones a slightly worn depth that suits the character well.
